This is a good knife but the sheath leaves something to be desired. SOG makes some of the best warfighting knives today and the SEAL Team Elite isn’t far from the top. The more i deal with it I realize that this style of knife is not as useful as smaller knives such as the Sealpup or North West Ranger from SOG. I recommend it as the best value I have seen for its type and a good quality knife but if you want a more useful bushcraft or survival knife I think there are better choices. Solid and quite light for its size. Sheath: When I bought mine it came with a nylon sheath that has a pocket on it. I just got back from three days in the field and used this knife extensively. For $80 is a great value and so far I am very impressed.
