I have also taken just the chicken/bean/corn mix sprinkled with a little cheese to work as a quick 0 point lunch. This was absolutely amazing! I suck at slicing chicken in half), so I put the corn and beans in the bottom of a baking dish, and did the rest of the steps Gina listed and baked it for 25 minutes in a 350 degree oven and then topped with cheese, and put it back in the oven for like 6 minutes until the chicken was cooked all the way through! I’ve always loved your site, and we definitely have some family favs!
